Poor customer service from clarice felix

I went to game this morning to me it was shocking what i experience from a lady called staff member clarice felix she went off on me and the cashier where me and the cashier ask her to go get something clarice came back with a attitude the cashier who's name is Amanda khawuleza ask he nicely where the other packed is she when down on the cashier and said u said i must go check a price u didn't say bring a nother packet so i step in and said no she ask u to bring a nother packet clarice felix said to the cashier go get yourself so i as the customer went and got my own packet the manager heard what she said and i went to the manager and told her what happened the clarice felix lady screamed at me and the manager infrond of customer i told her u know what i will deal with u and u will never see me here again i feel the manager was to soft on this staff member she shouted at me and her i feel i want to take all the things back to game of this the cashier gave me good service but this clarice felix lady who screamed at me o no this need to be dealt with
