Poor customer service from cashiers to supervisors

<p>I went to buy with the gift card I received that is from Game in Zevenwatcht . I purchased the toaster and transaction was successful and I have R400 on the card and that cost R299. I purchased baby wipes which cost R74.99 with the gift card again and the cashier told me that she cant swipe the card . I requested for balance querry and called the Supervisor who ignored me and the name is Lindelwa Qotha , who kept walking up and down and not helping me. The cashier told me to pay cash wich I took from my debit card and still instited for balance which the cashier called Nicolle Mathews who called the call center after I have been standing next to the till for an hour and told by the cashier to move aside cashier name Jo-Ann Anorlds which she was rude instead of trying to hep me to buy with the card she put in front of her and continue like I dont exist and requested many times that its their fault because the is money on that card. I received a pathetic customer service and went out without getting a real balance and still the card is not swiping but its game gift card. I would not recommend Game zevenwatch because I have been buying gift card for long with this company but the moment I had issues the guys from Prominade will resolve the issue quickly. I am sitting with the gift card and being told to pay cash ,what is the use of not taking this manual if headoffice specificaly told them there is money</p>
