Poor Customer service

what a bad customer service‼️

i reported my extractor fan that has a funny sound when switched on, the Technicians came to check it out and also saw the problem i was told i will be contacted for a new one because they asked if they should fix that one or get a new one so i said i don’t want something that is fixed because as it is still new i want a new one

since the 19th of May i haven’t recieved an exchange, instead my case is being referred to different agents who keen on calling me with no solution!

I need a Refund please i can not go on without and extractor fan will purchase it somewhere else
