Poor customer service

Game Keywest Mall Poor customer service 😏 On the 25 of July 2025 went to the store to apply or a contract phone. I got there and app**** and submitted all the necessary documents. 2 days after got a call that my contract was approved. Then i went ther on the 31 August to collect the phone but was told no one can help me because whoever that is supposed to help me is off sick, i then left. So today i phoned the store to see if i can come, is there someone to help me? they said i can come. I got there and was told that the person that is supposed to help me is on lunch and she takes an 1 hour lunch. After that hour of waiting i was told i can't get the phones because i don't have a smartcard ID. But i appp**** with my old (book) ID. And i was approved with that old ID book.
