Poor customer service

My husband and I went to Game at Vaal mall today with an intention to buy a BMX bicycle 20" for my son which was on special at R 999.On arrival we asked for assistance since the bicycle was not on display, so we were told they will get someone to assist so we waited for more than 15 minute without any assistance and therefore my husband decided to seek assistance from one of the staff members, so he was told they will send someone and still no one came and that was another 15 minutes so eventually he found someone but that person has no idea and had to go and check on the system but he was gone for a while and therefore we decided to leave as we did not get the assistance that we required.

I am really disappointed on the poor customer service as we returned home with no bicycle which we were meant to buy as a birthday present.
