Poor customer service

A few months ago I bought a fridge from Game Mthatha plaza for 14k it was said it's gonna be delivered at home in Qokolweni but they failed to do that I organized transport to deliver the fridge at home. Recently I got a report from home that the fridge is malfunctioning I ask my parents to go and report it at Game and they were told that a technician will come and check what is the fault probably that took them 2 weeks to go and check it and they said there's a module that has been peed by ****roaches and it it's damaged and the warranty doesn't cover that I'll have to repair it myself, then I asked them to repair it and I will pay they gave me an email address that I should send an email to request quotation for fixing the the fridge I did that but up to this extent I haven't got any response from them.
