Poor customer service
I’ve been waiting for my delivery since this morning with no communication at all. There has been no update on the status of my order, and attempts to call have gone unanswered. This level of service is very disappointing and unprofessional. Customers should not have to chase basic information about their orders. Overall, a frustrating experience.
