Poor customer service

I bought Dstv that comes with installation at game three rivers the guys who are installing are giving me problems I went to the store several times to complain to the manager but it seems like I'm just taking nonsense they not taking me sriouse they keep on saying they gonna get back to me and they don't even if I call the store it the same thing I'm very very gatvol with the service received ragarding the installation of my dstv
