Poor Customer service

Game stores.

We bought a TV, we were not offered Transportation after asking for it, we were told the store doesn’t offer transportation and installation. After transporting the TV ourselves we got home, the TV was physically damaged. We reported the incident immediately to the staff member who sold us the TV who said nothing can be done because the TV was checked before leaving the store. We spoke to management at the Game store in Mafikeng a who also confirmed that they don’t offer delivery or installation.

We escalated the matter, even Game staff confirm that we were not supposed to transport a 70” TV ourselves and the store was supposed to assist us with the transportation. The matter has been escalated, we get calls every week of different people wanting to here the story over and over again but our case hasn’t been resolved even after 5 months.
