Poor Customer service

Game Brits have never pleased my especially at the front desk customer service I have bought 2 Verimark toys for my kids after first day one of the allready faulty the next day the other one aswell. Took them back they refuse to refund me and told me they will sent it Back to Verimark for investigation . After 21days I must Get a refund so game will see me tomorrow as today was 21 days. Customer service at game is poor wait for hours to just not be satisfied.
