Poor customer service

Poor service... I ordered a printer, mouse nd keyboard... And I only receive a printer... Wnen I enquired I was told my delivery is still pending.. After some time I received an email confirming delivery.... I reported again and I was told the matter has been sent to management... To this day I'm still awaiting my things and I have nothing.
