Poor customer service

I went to Game Store at Carnival Mall wanting to take contract tablets. I was told they are currently finished. I requested to pay for the tablets in advance and be notified when they arrive so I can collect them. My request was denied. I wanted to pay 6 months in advance seeing that they are affordable. I found it strange that I can't pay in advance now when I have done it before with no hussles
