Poor customer service

I bought a 3m Umbrella online on the 15th of April but even today there is no delivery. When l track the order it is still at order confirmation stage. I sent emails twice but there was never a response and now l have resorted to calling but it is just promises of following up with dispatch and getting back to me which never happens.
