Poor customer service

Good day.

I have send an email to GordonK at game greenacers in port Elizabeth on 24 December for a quote on the stationary list i have send him. I phoned him and he told me he will give me the quote during the day. He never send me any quote up until today I'm still waiting. The service is so bad its ridiculous
