Poor customer service

Unsatisfactory I’m in the process of buying a tv And tried contacting the game store in amanzimtoti to check on stock availability before actually going there, Only to be told by one of the sales ladies that the specific tv is not in stock and that I must try makro

Clearly this lady isn’t willing to make a sale or help in process of contacting other game branches and pointing me in the right direction

I then called gateway store almost 3 times with no answer it’s either there’s no stock or no help

I was told by the game call centre (which the lady was very helpful) that there is stock in gateway I then called amanzimtoti, asked if they could please order the tv and due to the special I will come and pay cash while In the process of the delivery and still no help was given.
