Poor customer service by Game Lebowakgomo store

I bought a trampoline for my 3 year old and within a month I could already see stitches coming off. I went and reported this at the Lebowakgomo game store where I bought it. At first I was given the run around with game employees not directing me to the correct person to speak to. Then finally the guy working at that department called the manager and I explained my query. I also explained that my 3 year old is the only kid using this trampoline.The manager spent over an hour saying he is trying to get hold of the person who must tell him what to do with my case but he kept saying their land line has network issues. Then he asked to take my number and said he will contact me with feedback. To this day I’m still waiting for that call. 3 months after buying that trampoline. It’s clear they are just waiting for the warranty to lapse so I cannot claim. What a trash service 🚮
