Poor customer service based on online orders

I have to agree that game does not care about customer services. I have placed my online order on July 21st. It has been 16 days now and has still not been delivered. When you call them they say it will be deliverd on a specific day. When you call again they have a different excuse and just move the delivery date every time. Sad thing is that it was not a small order. I will never recommend any one to order online as they simply have poor customer service. As long as the money's refelcting in their account they do not care.
