Poor customer service

I bought a microwave on the 2nd of February 2024 when I opened it I find out that it has a dent on top of it, it like it fell that I put it back and never used it because I am staying very far from ballito Junction mall I took it back to them on the 31 of February 2024 they refuse to take it and I told them that I'm not going to take it because I paid for it cash. On Sunday the 3rd of March I then went to them and asked to speak to the manager I was referred to Mr Mohammed who refused to give me a new microwave and said it will be a loss for them if they take it back. I told him to sell it and bring back my money and I leave the microwave in store because I can't take it because it is damaged and I paid full price please assist me.
