Poor customer service at Game store wonderpark mall

I went to Game wonderpark on Friday to buy a cellphone and till today the sim card on the phone is not registered.. I did call the store on Friday in the afternoon to let the lady that was assisting me that the phone is not working, she then took my details and promised to give feedback on that day till date nothing and no one called to let me know what could be the issue... I then phoned the store on Saturday around noon @12:00 and spoke to the store manager who also promised to give feedback back however he didn't... My number is *** My name Precious Sithole
