POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AT GAME STORE WELKOM

I bought a complete set of whirlpool stove at game store welkom on the 13th of January,silver in color,2 day of using it the hob turned gold,the cooker hood doesn't switch on,i have been struggling to get an exchange or refund,the only thing they did was to refund me for the hob only,why not the whole set as i am not happy with it and i don't even know how long will that whirlpool stove function,and that manager doesn't even know how to talk to customers,on my 1st complaint she told me there's nothing she can do
