Poor customer service at Game online store

On the 4th of March i placed an order for a Mist logik fan Game online store it said 02 fans available & i chose collection at Wonderpark & the following day they called & said the fans are not available at store they are escalating the matter to head office , the head office will communicate with me on the 06th of March I received the email saying refund processed & i will receive it within 03 to 05 days i didn’t receive it , i called their head office on the 13 March 2026 complaining about my order & their customer service they said i must send proof of account they will process i did send it until today i haven’t received my refund & i checked the fan again today online is still say the fan is available. Game online Store since you don’t want to refund me i want my fan please.
