Poor customer service at Game Online Store

Game's online customer service sucks, i bought a tv and washing machine that was on special and only received the tv the washing machine was apparently "out of stock" and what sucks is that i wouldn't have known my order was canceled if i had not followed up on it and now it's funny its back to its normal price online yet its still "out of stock".

They incorrectly priced kiddies cameras i bought them thinking its on special guess its "out of stock" also, funny its back online with the "correct price" but anyway im done complaining without getting any proper assistance because it seems as though they just look at your emails and inboxes and just ignore you.

NOW I HAVE TO BEG FOR MY REFUND......
