Poor customer service @Game Kenilworth centre

I bought Sinotec 32’ year 2021. March 2023 I had a problem with it they sent it for repairs that took 22 days. When I get home and connect it there’s no sound I had to return it following day 20 March.I spoke to the store manager he reassured me that it won’t take the 21 days since second time returning the item. Tomorrow it’s going to be 22days no communication from the store I tried calling their customer service thinking maybe they will help me get my refund. I don’t know what to do anymore as customer I feel like Game is taking away all my rights as buying customer..
