Poor customer service at game and rcs

I summitted a retrenchment claim at Game store ilanga mall and rcs they toldcme all the papers were alright i even receive an email confirming that butvright now i receiving phone calls and messages from MBD rcs with rude consultant telling me my account is going to be handed over. What is the purpose of the insurance that i was paying?
