Poor customer service and rude employees

I went to Game @ Rustenburg mall to purchase a TV. Got there enquired about a few to weigh my options it was a hustle getting someone to help you, then asked the employee to give a few minutes to make up my mind and then when I got back to him said he's busy helping other clients who know what they want and I should wait because I told him that I need more and he doesn't have that. How could a whole employee say that to a customer. The service is very poor and you have run behind them to help you, that's disgusting really so disappointed. I'm never going back to that store ever.
