Poor customer service and rude delivery guys

I ordered a fridge and they delivered a wrong one, when i requested for a return it was this long and exhausting process. Their customer service is very poor! There were two delivery guys, one who was meant to collect the wrong fridge from my house back to Game and one who was supposed to deliver a new fridge to my house. Their delivery tracking messages came right at the same time, the first guy who was supposed to deliver arrived and he kept persuading that he’s here for a pickup, I had to call Game to confirm with them first, that guy did not wait for me to confirm with the store first, he harassed me and forcefully took the fridge. Their delivery guys are very very rude!! I trusted Game so much and the way they treat their customers is so ***********. I’m not happy.
