Poor customer service and poor quality goods

I bought a sleeper couch at game carnival mall in March, the stitches started coming off in June, I went to the store to complain, they said I must take pictures of the couch, I did and i took them last month on the 26 September , I was promised that they will get back to me and they still haven't, their customer service is poor and the way they handle complaints is not satisfactory, a month after complaining I'm still left with a couch that I'm unhappy with, their goods are definitely not quality.
