poor customer service and false marketing

Yesterday we went to Game at Pritchard JHB CBD we were appalled by the service. Firstly we went to the store we wanted assisted we went to 2 of the workers one was on her phone. We asked the other one for assistance she just gave us a dirty look . To make things worse we went to the toy area we saw a toy that is Husbro Clue we looked for the price on isle it was written R129.99 and the other one was named Husbro Cluedo and the price on the isle was R399.99 we took the one for R129.99 and when we got to the till it was R399.99 we showed them how much it cost. Instead of apologising for false marketing and wasting our time we got an attitude from Winny. They refused to take accountability that they were wrong because as customer we buy things according to the prices that we see its not fair to stand in a queue for something that you don't want or for false advertising. Their customer service is totally unacceptable !!!!!!!!!
