Poor customer service and false advertising
I visited game stores today, they had an item advertised but when I got to the till , they had a problem because I couldn't get the free basin , which you get when you buy sunlight washing powder. After the cashier alerted the till supervisor about the issue, she took her own time and I had to wait for 30minutes just to resolve the issue and she didn't apologize for the inconvenience.
