Poor Customer Service

I received my delivery from Game with one item missing.

I don't know if the store double check parcels before being delivered to the customers.

This is such an inconvenience and *********** to say the least. I've sent emails and used a lot of airtime to phone the customer service without any help.

Now I'm frustrated as I need to use the item. I've paid for the item but it's missing from delivery and they don't respond to my emails and calls.
