Poor Customer service

So i bought a Hisense Fridge from Game Alberton, two weeks ago and over the weekend it stopped working. I reported to Game Alberton and they informed me that Hisense will schedule an appointment with me in the next 24hours and to date i have not received a call from Hisense. Its been four days and no communication from Hisense. I have phoned Game Alberton several times and they keep informing me that some one from Hisense will call me and to date noone has phoned and my fridge has not been attended to yet
