Poor Customer Service

On Saturday purchased a washing machine, and the agreement is to deliver it today on Monday, because so on from Tuesday there's no one at home , now is 17:30pm no phone call from any delivery driver. When we are making phone calls , they keep on dropping our phone calls or answer then transfer it to the department of machines or whatever afterwards it'll ring non stop or they answer and chat along together ect or drop the calls. We are using our airtimes is money and the money we bought the marchine with. I will cancel the order my money in my bank account immediately. I don't care of their ******** attitude because that is my money. I don't care , or else will go to Court for it. If they are fed up of sales and that they don't care to get money since they are filled up with lots of money they should've said so , and go to the other caring and loyal businesses that'll be giving us best customer service. I'm disgusted by the Greenacres Game Store.
