Poor customer service

Good day Mr DE Wee

As we discussed earlier on today l was shopping around in your Game store and recommended by my other friends l decided to go ahead and layby the washing machine as l always used to by from hifi Co

My first experience was not pleasant l was told to go to the customer service desk and pay for the 20% upon getting there l found two ladies working on there one was just sitting and the other one was busy with a client as common sense l went to the one who was just sitting who Rudely said the system was offline l had to wait for the other lady as l wait another lady came up who was curious and willing to help. She asked me can l help and told her l can't come to that counter because the system was offline little did l know that that very first lady **** upon her finding out l had said it was out of service she started shouting at me and l even called her to ask why she was shouting because she really had said it was offline because even my friend whom l was with said the same thing

I understand we all dnt have good days but l have already lost faith in such act later along she works in a department called customer service if she has a bad why not stay home than come treat me like am get this washing machine free of charge wen an paying for it. Once again am ready disappointed with her actions
