Poor customer service

It took me long to write this because when I think about it I just boil up, I went to Game store in Promanade and I got to the till 1- the issue was with how my trolley is standing and I was like no it's fine I will push my items to u 2 - I asked how my was my bill and she told me look for yourself on a tiny screen with many things written there, to make things easy for me I transferred enough money so it won't bounce because those are charges if it declines on my side 3- I saw there is a leaking soda so I told her and she said just take it to were u got it from and take another one, I won't stop what I'm doing and do that for u then I saw no man this is serious 4- I told her won't do that because what will the security officer think of me and she said if u are used to tell your mother that **** u won't tell me that 5- I asked for the manager and she rep**** Game managers don't care they have more important things to do than listening to u, **** u go to them and she shouted calling someone to show me the manager 6- I told the lady and she called the manager for and she just said yhoo it's her against she is used in doing that and gets away with it, I was told they will put her in order but nothing has been done I'm so ****ef off and the are cameras and they did record everything .
