Poor customer service

Requested in store for a slip to be reprinted, I have followed up several times with no results. Logged complaints about the turnaround time for a simple slip to be reprinted aswell. I keep on being told that someone would call me back, no response.... So far I'm still waiting and I'm sitting with broken microwave that needs to be fixed. I don't even get the option of bringing the microwave in while they reprinting the slip which would make things go so much quicker. Now I wait for a slip to be reprinted and afterwards wait for a microwave to be fixed..
