Poor customer service

I purchased online during April 2020. After numerous calls and emails I still haven't received two items that I ordered. I received a call however that went in vein Few weeks ago I got a call from Alex who then advised me he will forward me an email regarding banking details.

I didn't receive the email however I forwarded my banking details because I had received previous email from him.

The amount might be small and but there could be several other consumers facing the same situation.
