Poor customer service

I am completely unhappy about the bad service i received yesterday 27.10.2021 at Game Menlyn store , the person that was assisting me took too long , i was at the store from 17:30 up to 19:30 thats when i left the store , and i was there just to make a payment. the manager did not bother to come out until it was late , the store even closed while i was still in the store . this is really unacceptable and i expect feedback about this
