Poor customer service

I bought a Polaroid smart watch in Game Stores Pavilion, the watch started giving me problems a few weeks after using it. I returned the watch at Game store in Durban West Street on the 02 November, after a month and couple of day of not getting any feedback about the watch I decided to go to the store, the lady in customer service was rude to me when I asked how is it possible for an item go for such a long time, she made a phone call and told me the watch is on it way to the store ,I will get an SMS by Monday 16 December asking me to collect it. Today is the 19th December I have not received any sms from them.
