Poor customer service

I bought a Hisense 55 inch TV for R10 999 from Game Galleria.It packed up after 9 months and now they have my TV for 3 months without any communication of the way forward.Not even headoffice can assist after x3 escalation attempts. Tried to call the manager but they will always say he's in a meeting.Hisense can't assist as well.Clearly they don't care about their customers.After being looted..I bought all my appliances from them..they know me as a good customer.. So disappointed
