Poor customer service

I bought Defy stove at game store, still under warranty . Lost receipt and have the transaction in my bank statement, they can't get my information from their system. It's been 3 weeks no stove, no hope that the matter will be resolved. Zero communication from the Store.

I encourage people to buy @Makro , atleast they have a trail with their customer card/just number.

I have given up on game Store
