Poor customer service

I received a call after writing my review about the customer service that i got from game in phalaborwa. Jacobs called apologizing and then i told him his apology was not good enough, and then he told me that this things take time. Those poles can't be brewed ( that was very rude) for someone who is apologizing. I then told him they are full of empty promises that they can't keep or fulfill. 1st they got me the pole in Polokwane and 2nd they have been auctioned. 3rd Last week jacobs told me that those pole we not the right size for my trumpoline. That is dishonest to the customer. They are full of stories, i don't know now whats next?????
