Poor customer service

Really disappointed with the service I recieved from game, I placed my order for an airfyer on the 26th of Nov was soposed to recieve it on the 3rd of Dec,called the customer care line was told twice they would get back to me and still haven't recieved any feedback till now won't be ordering from them again.
