Poor Customer Service

I purchased a dishwasher on Sunday 26 July at the Westwood Mall Branch. The salesman was friendly and efficient and advised the store did not have any units in stock but the warehouse in Queen Nandi drive did have stock. I was then advised the dishwasher would be delivered to Westwood for me to pick up by Wednesday or Thursday 30 July at the latest. having not heard from anyone from the store I called in this morning Friday 31 July to find out what is happening. the salesman then advised it had not been delivered as the warehouse did not have a big enough order to come to westwood.<br> <br> I am really not impressed at the total disregard of customer service from game stores. especially since that i have paid in full for the dishwasher and this Sunday will be a week that its still not in my possession.<br> I always had held Game stores as one of the better retailers. I am really upset and frustrated at my latest experience. if I do not receive the item by Monday I will cancel the sale. the manner in which you let your logistical issues impact on your customers is really not on.<br>
