Poor customer service

i went to game, MALL OF AFRICA. specifically the cell phones department i waited more then 2 hours to apply for a contract and i was told that the staff which was on duty can't assist because only one person has access to the system and he was not available, no one seemed to care as i was left waiting with no assistance . Date of incident 31 March 2019
