Poor customer service

I have observed this particular cashier/teller on a number of occasions- her name is Nomagugu Mthethwa. This lady seems not to love her job very much, she can be so rude and condescending- today she served me without greeting, had no eye contact and she said nothing to me till the transaction was completed.

I use the store regularly and she was away for a while, apparently on maternity leave and it was a bliss being in the store because the other ladies and gents' are pleasant. She has come back with the same bad stinking attitude- management has to really look into this. I work in the client service industry myself and I know the challenges but this girl just takes it too far- I mean how do you not greet a customer?????

I would really like to hear what management has to say about this.
