POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Yesterday i was promised you will call me that never happen fine i call your online support anyway i spoke to Natasha and she was trying to help me until i told her i wanted my refund if still they cannot still find solution to my order which she did call back but missed her call as i also work ,so i called back this morning she then advised i will be refunded after 7-14 working days ,i mean whose fault that your delivery system my money did not take 14 working days to reflect to your account and you actually the ones at fault as for three weeks you promised me a delivery to this day i don't even know whats the hold up on my delivery ,she promised she will get the manager to call me back by 12 till now no call .you guys customer service is **** ,,,i cannot wait 7-14 working days for my refund i can either get the delivery delivered at the near by game or get a voucher worth that amount sorry but not waiting,wow still so shocked at your level of service is either game's way or no way with my own money and never again bring my business at game
