Poor Customer service
My mom went to Chris Hani Mall Game to buy groceries and a bag pack on the 9th May 2018,the shelf price of the bag pack was r199 when she went to pay at the till it was r299 the cashier Thembinkosi Mavuso and the Manager Martin Nhlanzi bluntly refused to sell her the bag pack with the shelf price she saw,now who's fault is it that they didn't change the shelf price when rearranging stock?
