Poor customer service

I bought a tablet online on the 19th of Jan, it was only delivered on the 31st of Jan. The following day I switched it on as I was busy activating it, it just went off I put it on charger it didn't charge so I decided to return it to Game Alberton. I have waited since then for them to exchange the tablet kodwa dololo. Today I am told that the company collected it but they didn't leave one for exchange so I'm guessing I'm gonna have to wait another 3 weeks to get the tablet back wow.
