Poor customer service

I was at game soshanguve crossing and I was treated badly. First thing they did they said no trolleys are allowed and they don't parcel counter and the security pull me when I wanted to manager . The manager said I must just put my staff by the store and it's not thier responsibility to look after and if I also them it's not thier fault. Secondly I accidentally took a Arial washing that had a hole . The manager because I took it like that i must go change it myself. After I left and exchange the item and found them , him and the other staff members referred to me as a mad person in front of other customer . And lastly I called your call center I did not even get a reference number for my call. I did even get some item I wanted.
