Poor customer service

Think twice people when purchasing cell phones expecialy the vivo models, very fancy on the outside but with very poor experience. The management and staff all know about the defect yet still selling the product to customer, I took mine in for repairs on the 15 of February the phone came back not fixed, till to date I'm still waiting in vein for the phone. They cannot resolve the matter instead they pointing fingers at one another. Very poor and unprofessional service for such a big brand retailer.
